Prevent the payment of potentially fraudulent and/ or abusive claims utilizing medical expertise, knowledge.

RPA: working claims/Denial management on RPA

Subsequent Review of claims

Interventional radiology (IVR) claims review.

NICE claims review.

CPT/ diagnosis codes, CMS guideline along with referring to client specific guidelines and member policies.

Assist the prospective team with special projects and reporting.

Proficient knowledge in cardiovascular system, Respiratory system, Integumentary system, Ortho and various other surgeries knowledge in medicine.

Knowledge of US Health Care and coding.

Attention to detail & Quality focused.

Good Analytical & Comprehension skills.

Knowledge in various application like CPW (Claims processes workstation), encoder pro, IDRS (Intranet Document Retrieval System) Tips Historical, PEGA, (Document Retrieval System) PICTS and Detects, Fastrieve, ECAA.

Had hybrid knowledge of my process from non clinical process to clinical process.
