JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Sudarsshan Group is manufacturing of PP Compounds (Color & Black), ABS, Nylon [job work] filled compound with Glass, Talc, Calcium & Mineral Field with fully automated infrastructure. Also manufacturing color Master Batches for PP, ABS, HIPS.

• I Am As Production Engineer, responsible For Overall Shift Handling, Production Planning, Production Target, & Also Involving New Product Development, Quality Testing . Responsibility:-

Preparation of formulation. (Set formulation as per RM availability & Plan)

Overall Shift Handling

Involve in New Product Development

Guide and coach employees

Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.

Basic understanding of Properties-Applications relationship of Plastic & polymeric materials

Basic knowledge of characterization technique of polymer material FTIR, TGA, DSC etc.

Good knowledge of designing 3D modeling through Auto CAD, Solid Edge, Basic of Mold Flow Analysis by Autodesk.

Having command on MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point etc. INPLANT TRANING
