Assist the team in Chinese on any hardware issue

Using HPIO, IPPTool, Network Connection, UE, and EWS for testing

Create firmware build and deliverables for our team, in-house partner, and outsourcing partners overseas.

Create Cron job to automatic kick off firmware build from specific directory include trunk, seed and the other Hard Freeze branches.
