Responsible for coordination of truck traffic and timely loading/unloading of material, supplies, and manufactured parts

Verify incoming and outgoing package contents and confirm pack slips
Assemble and disassemble parts as well as assist in setups on the machines
Inspect parts using micrometers, gauges, calipers, and PI tapes
Perform inspections per customer requirements using various methods such as Brinell testing, Hydrostatic testing, precision hand scrapping for 100% contact
Debur, clean, paint, and package parts in preparation for shipment
Monitor necessary shop supplies and place requisitions as needed
Complete daily inspections of overhead cranes and mobile equipment
Operate a CNC Amada saw
Complete various shop projects and machine repairs with and without outside vendors
Assist other work centers when needed
Maintains work area in a clean, orderly, and safe condition per company policy
