Sales Representative
Company: Convergys (Concentrix, Sprint Campaign); Work at home position
In This position I was on charge of incoming calls and outgoing calls pretending to generate sales for the company. It was usually customers calling in to enquire for prices and promotions so I was there to generate sales from those calls or to generate upsell from current customers calling in with general questions or asking for promotions and other products.
As a sales representative I had to keep up with a quota every month and quarterly to generate
incomes to the company.

On this campaign I was in a customer service position (Furniture Specialist) my principal tasks
were:
-Assist customer with general questions about 7 brands (Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn kid,
-Pottery Barn Teen, West Elm, Mark and Graham, Rejuvenation, William Sonoma)
-Help customers with placing orders.
-Provide customers information about their order (tracking information, let them know

-I would also assist them create returns with refunds/ replacements.
-Offer some kind of solution when the customer went through a bad experience.
