• Responsible for driving residential clients to their healthcare appointments, court appointments, 12 step meetings/groups or when any other of their approved needs emerged.
• Supervised and oversaw clients to facility regulated groups, administered random drug testing screens, monitoring and dispensing of client medication and overall governing of clients adhering and complying with program regulations.
• Daily operations also included client tracking/documentation, correspondence with administration and caseworkers for client progression and systematic e-mailing for proper planning for upcoming shifts.
