• Always following the updated/revised drawing and submitting the variation report to the contracts department.

• Ordering the required material as per specifications.

• Coordinating with other trades civil,electrical,electronics and finishing to avoid repetitive work.

• Preparing weekly report and submitting to the project Manger and Highlighting the problems affecting the progress on site.

• Ordering long lead items in advance to meet the schedule.

• Attending site meetings with other trades and taking action for the requested items for Mechanical works.

• Preparing back charges for the damage and submitting it to the project manager.

• Highlighting the problems in drawing by raising RFI,ECR etc. TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• HVAC-Design & Drafting in Construction Industry.

• Heat load calculation after building survey using CARRIER and ASHRAE standards by manuals and by latest HVAC ASHRAE E20 Form.

• Calculating the Duct Sizing according to the CFM by using Mc Quay Software.

• Calculating the Pipe Sizing for the chilled water system according to the GPM.

• Preparing the BOQ for the complete project.

• Preparing the Equipment and Technical Schedule depending upon the project.

• AutoCAD drafting and shop Drawing for HVAC system.
