I started out in shipping and receiving. In that position I unloaded and loaded semi trucks using overhead cranes, and fork trucks. I was tasked with logging inventory into and out of the system. I was responsible for knowing where all raw and finished materials were in the warehouse, and rotating materials in the bins. I then moved to fabrication where I used mig welders and stud welders to make industrial construction materials. I was then offered the position of lead painter in addition to my welding duties.
