2.Working for all planning stages of the project involving Site Topography, Technology Mapping, and Capacity Planning and Consultant requirements.

3.Coordination with consultant and basic engineering/technology suppliers for all inputs in preparation of tenders for various equipment and machineries.

4.Selection/Short-listing of vendors/ suppliers for equipment, machineries and packages for floating of enquiries, evaluation & comparison of offers, negotiations with parties and facilitating management for award of contracts/work orders .

5.Ensure Techno - Commercial success of the Equipment Selection, Ordering and Timely Supply for both Indigenous & Overseas Suppliers.

6.Coordination with engineering/technology supplier, detail engineering consultant for getting all desired design inputs, timely release of drawings & documents and resolution of all interface issues.

7.Working for safe installation & Monitoring the progress through regular interaction and periodic review of progress, identification of area of concerns and taking corrective actions proactively to avoid any delays/surprises .

8.Working for pre-commissioning activities and identification & resolution of all punch points (pending/ missed out points/ points of non -compliance against the desired specifications) required for plant start up.

9.Working for testing and commissioning of the plant for smooth start up and achieving the rated capacity.
