Job Responsibilities at Enova :

Facility Management:

Ensuring PPMs are carried out effectively in accordance with schedule & Frequency in building equipment’s such as FAHUs,AHUs,FCUs,Chilled water pumps,Generator,Electrical Fire pums,Engine Diesel pumps,Trasfer pumps,Booster pumps,Grease trap,MDB,SMDB,DB,ets.

Monitor and control of all MEP equiment’s trough Siemens BMS.

Handling and Issueing of store materials in proper manner.Maintain minimum availability of store materials always.

Submission of Weekly,Monthly Reports like Energy cosnsumption of Electricity and Water,BTUs.

Handling of grey water system,chemical dosing system,PAVA,FAS,FFS,BMS,Lighting control panel system,Access control system,Foot fall camera,CCTV,Elecator,Moving walks,DC Charger system etc.

Handling of 1 MW PV solar power system.

Coordination with subcontractor for completion of additional works,installation,testing,commissioning and Completion etc.

Ensuring weekly test run for the generator and Fire pumps carried out by technicians and updated check list

Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work.

Job Responsibilities at Riyadh (KKIA) KSA Electric System:

Scheduling Managing Preventive Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance.

Operation and Maintenance of Electrical HV/LV System such as Transformer and UPS,Capacitor Banks,ATS,MDB,SMDB and DB.

630A VCB,2500A Micro Controller Based ACB.

3*1500 KVA Diesel Generator.

Operation and Maintenance of UPS Up to 300 KVA and Battery Banks system up to 600ah.

Maintenance of Mechanical equipment like chillers,AHU,FCUs,Package units,split unit, Primary & Secondary chilled water pumps, Transfer pumps, Booster pumps, Kitchen exhaust, FM200.

Responsible to receive complaints from clients and do the corrective measures in order to provide comfortable envirement to our client for work potentially.

Preparing monthly report like Electrical energy, water, BTU, Diesel consumption, Work activity of the month.

Concentrating and apply on energy conservation activity.

Maintaining store material, Log register, Order materials if it required.

Co-order with contractors to complete P6 tasks.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

Completed B.TECH (HONS) in Electrical Technology at Preston Institute of Management Science and Technology Karachi Pakistan 2014.

Completed B.TECH (PASS) in Electrical Technology at Indus University in Karachi Pakistan 2011.

Completed DAE ( Diploma Of Associate Engineering) Electrical from PNPI (Pakistan Navy Polytechnic Institute) 2008.
