Career summary:

12.9 years vast experience in civil field from 2009 onwards, assisted with my father who is veteran in civil field for the past 47 years. Based on my experience how I reduced my cost of material and labour Bricks:

With proper Structure understanding we can select with judicious Mixture of clay Bricks, solid Bricks and Semi-size Bricks.

Sand and aggregates:

For ‘M’ Sand and ‘P’ Sand and jelly stones. By calculating total usage volume, we can order it by bulk Trucks Like 12 unit Trucks etc., Because Transport cost of 4 unit Truck is = 12 unit Trucks and also having Direct contact with Quarries. If additional Cost reduction need we can go with good quality dust material.

Rods:

By calculating rods from top to bottom, We can reduce the Transport Cost and can get discount price.

We can use rusting rods for slabs, Lintel and Interior works & rings which is available in secondary Market.

Appointment of fine skilled Laborers.

Cement:

Quality of cement is not based on price of cement. We can go for Low Priced Cement Brand, which Satisfies ISI Quality Standards.

Electrical and plumbings:

We can contact with vendors who is also ready to work with their own Electrical Labour circle. At the end there won’t be over stock materials i.e Zero balance material. Paints:

We can contact with new vendors.

If rate is not amicable. We can directly go for colour in interior after patti drying. Elevations:

Choosing of Building Structure oriented Elevations, we can reduce the cost of elevations. Woods:

Wooden Market Spread over in all Interior Village areas by Identifying cheap Vendors, We can reduce the cost of woods also we can order by lot sizes. Floorings:

Accurate estimation of each room flooring we can move for assorted boxes of Tiles, Granites, Marbles which reduces upto 25% of flooring costs

Apart from this by knowing Labour Psychology we can use Right Man at right place to reduce cost of labour also.
