1-18- 7-21 (Bechtel) I/E General Foreman Corpus Christi, TX. • Conduct daily safety meetings and audits

• Supervise and plan all lighting, receptacles, instrumentation, and conduit installations, along with panels and junction boxes associated with these devices.

• Daily production time and reports, weekly life critical and unit safety walk down assessments.

• Interfaces with safety and general craft supervisors to work safely and be productive.

•Meet with upper management daily for general field work updates, safety expectations and support. •Order material and electrical equipment to be used and installed in the field 9/17- 1-18 (LA Nesco) I/E Superintendent Covestro Baytown, TX •Attended daily construction meetings and directed craft on assignments and installations of electrical equipment per the NEC and client drawings.

•Maintained detailed documentation through e-mails for client and internal use

• Installed a new (1000A) 24-VDC (UPS) system with (5) new 24VDC electrical distribution panels with the associated junction boxes, raceways, cables.

• Installation also included a 1000A -24 VDC battery charger/Rectifier,24 VDC battery fused disconnect switch, 24VDC battery rack, temperature sensor and a 24VDC main distribution board.

•Associated (incinerator) installation included, demolishing the existing Makolon Incinerator, associated fuel skid and burner management system.

•Replaced existing incinerator, fuel skid, junction boxes and cables and moved the burner management system to DCS/SIS. •Installed a new HIMA-SIS system and reworked motor controls for motors associated with the waste gas system which included new and existing cables to PT’s, TT’S, LT’S, PDT’s, and burner devices. 11/16-6/17 (Bechtel) I/E Foreman Exxon Baytown, TX • Installed & terminated temporary lighting for general crafts

•Responsibilities include in the safety department, overseeing the Safety construction aspects of the project. Overseeing the implementation of corporate health and safety procedures, and client site specifics. Conducted daily, weekly, and monthly reports of field observations and job tasks by personnel development of hazard analysis for all work activities on site. Facilitated daily, weekly, and monthly safety meetings. Lead for accident/incident investigation. HSE Manager Site tracking. •Worked with client to set up all document controls plans for the DCS modernization project from Fisher Provox system to Honeywell Experion PKS. Also set up instrument & electrical test plans, hold points and instrument cut- over procedures. • Interface with the client project manager and key personnel on a regular basis for project updates and strategies. • Performed field inspections on all received equipment for Honeywell Experion DCS system cabinets and field mounted control panels, remote panels, distribution panels and general raceways.

• Coordinated and planned with contractors, operations, maintenance, and field coordinators for an organized, controlled, and successful startup and turnover.

• Built power, fiber, and grounding system packages. Along with all I/E loop folders. 6/14-10/14 (3-J Ryan) – I/E Supervisor & Safety Technician Kuraray, La Porte, TX. • Safety orientated all on boarding employees for general work in the Invista facility & coordinated weekly safety audit. • Responsible for overseeing all phases of I/E installations of new Honeywell DCS and Triconex cut-over upgrades. I planned and worked side by side with the client to identify any discrepancies on loop sheet drawings before construction. Ensuring that I/E installations were done correctly the first time.

• Witnessed I/E loop checks, motor runs, and insulation resistance testing of all power cables etc. Reviewed and approved turn over packages according to project specifications. Spending time in the field attending safety meetings with other I/E supervisors and being involved with craftsmanship during construction ensuring deadlines were met in a productive and safe manner finishing projects ahead of schedule. As a safety coordinator I worked with a safety team forming a strong sustainable safety culture thereby improving awareness and work ethics in the industrial construction field.
