After text confirmation from GF, send emails to the paired apprentices of their rotation date and onboarding time.

Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs): Track 708 app’s in Excel of their MPR status. Provide data to assistant director on monthly basis of apprentice overall performance utilizing pivot tables. Reach out to FM who have not submitted and notify of potential pulling of apprentice by JATC should MPR not be received.

Other Duties: Unbox and categorize 1st Yr, 2nd Yr, and 3rd Yr JATC apprenticeship books and organize in book room.
