Training Assistant in Training

I was asked to assist in running out a Personal Development Wellness course called, The Dare to Change Programme. I helped the course Co-ordinator by setting up the classroom tables and preparing the refreshments. I would hand out the course material and assist as much as I could with any enquires. I was in the process of learning the course content to be able to run it out eventually in time, independently, when the course had to cease due to covid.

From this role I learned the importance of timekeeping and how important organisational skills are. I used my communicational skills to listen to the attendees with sincere empathy and understanding. I understand how important GDPR protection is. I enjoyed this role as I was able to use my natural skills and felt such a deep sense of achievement from guiding people to empower themselves.
