I have 7.5 years custodial/housekeeping experience at Oregon State Hospital and another 4.5 years of Custodial/housekeeping experience at Chemeketa Community College. I am Responsible for performing custodial duties for an entire hospital ward, I experienced contact with mentally ill and often hostile patients. My service at the State Hospital has made me capable of quickly and efficiently handling emergency clean ups. Through time management I consistently handed constant deviation from the normal schedule while completing assigned task.

I know how to deal with bodily fluids and how to dispose of them. I am proficient in using different types of cleaning instruments manufactured by local and multi-national companies. I can easily work with mops, vacuum cleaner, chemicals and detergents. I am trained to place the 'Warning' sign at the right place while cleaning the floor so that there are no incidence of slip and falls.

My years in retail management have given me the ability to interact with employees and customers in a positive way; work on major cleaning projects as a team member, and at times serve as a project leader; offer strong customer service skills, interacting effectively with the hospital patients and their families; and work independently and train and assist new employees.
