As Resident Lead Engineer on Projects with Parent Company Execution for the Quality Electrical Projects starting from Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Updating of Drawings and Documents, Commissioning and Maintenance Follow-up. As Site Quality Engineer
Coordinating project execution with Client & Sub-Contractors for successful completion of projects on time maintaining all Safety and Quality standards. Planning, prioritizing, executing and monitoring of Projects in an efficient and systematic manner as per Contract Specifications.
Contract Management, Field Engineering, and Data Management, Equipment’s Management, Manpower Management, Purchase Coordination and Sub-Contractor management for delivering the project on time. Studying the complete project scope of work like General Condition of Contract, Scope of Work, Technical Specifications, Contract Price Breakdown, Performance Guarantee, Project Administration Procedures, List of Vendor Approved List, Start-up, Pre- commissioning & Commissioning, HSE procedures, Drawings & Standards.
Reviewing of Electrical Drawings & Documents, such as, Equipment Plan, Electrical cable Schedule, Electrical Wiring diagram, Electrical Circuit diagram, Lighting Drawings, Earthling drawings & specifications.
Engineering & Construction: Project Engineering, Design activities like preparation of Systems and Electrical Specification, Control Schematics, Electrical Standards, Function Schematics, Cable Schedule, Logic Diagram, Control Room Layouts, MTOs, Technical Bid Analysis, Inspection, familiarity with International Codes & Standards, Hazardous Area equipment & practices, Cost Estimation. Knowledge in understanding of Piping & Instrumentation drawings, Loop Drawings, Instrument Wiring Drawings, Instrument Hook-Up Drawings.Preparing the Risk Assessment, HAZOP, Safety Integrated Level Assessment. Preparation of BOQ, Scope drawings, Functional Descriptions and related documentation.
