• Offer support and directly supervise farmer groups and train local cocoa facilitators, train cocoa farmers in the communities in Good Agricultural, Social and Environmental Practices using the approved curriculum by Ghana Cocoa Board

• Train cocoa farmers on Occupational Health and Safety in Cocoa Production
