Summary

A BIM modeler having about 22 years of diverse experience. I have worked on numerous projects in India & Gulf. My experience includes Mechanical BIM modelling, currently working as a Sr. Revit BIM Modeler Mechanical MEP Division of MSCEB expertise in Design, Detailed Engineering of Central & Packaged Air-conditioning, Humidification& Ventilation system for Industrial and Commercial Projects. Well-versed in the latest versions of MEP BIM/Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD Designing

& drafting, HVAC Ducting Layout, Plant room Layout, Chilled water piping, and fair knowledge of Water Supply System, Drainage System, and Fire Protection System.

2.YBAK Strip Mall: The project consists of 6 Blocks multi- Retail Outlets with Retail shops & F&B / Restaurant with Ground, Mezzanine & Roof. preparing Mechanical services, Modeling Mechanical services & Coordination with other departments. Involved services: -

HVAC, plumbing /drainage Services & fire protection Preparation of drawings Stormwater, Foul sewer, Potable water, and Irrigation drawings HVAC system including adjustment to ensure that relevant services are coordinated with each other services like Architectural Structural, ID, HVAC, Fire Protection and also Co-ordination with Section engineer 3.North Crescent Residential Crescent: This is a Residential Development with two near-identical blocks at Durrat Al Bahrain consist of Residential + Retail. Each building comprises of 2 levels of Basement comprising Parking and Services, Ground & Mezzanine comprising common areas, services, amenities and commercial (F&B) area & 9 Residential floors + Roof Level with limited services enclosures

Involved services: -

Preparing for HVAC, plumbing & drainage coordination drawings based on reflected ceiling plans, and builders' work drawings in coordination with the structural engineer. 4.Fuel station at Hidd: The project consists of the with following such as multi use Retail Outlets, all sorts of Convenience Stores, F&B’s outlets and various other support facilities, surrounding apart from the obvious fueling services. Involved services: -

This development is a Training center and car workshop which includes Ground Floor & First Floor. The project comprises of 3 No’s high-end luxury private Villa with Ground & First Floor. Staff blocks, external services buildings and amenities within the respective Villa plots.

7.Banader Hotel (Downtown Rotana) at Manama: This BD 35 million 5-Star Hotel development near Bab Al Bahrain in Manama with 29 storey, 251 key, 5-Star Hotel, with basement and 6 levels of car parking above grade. 200 car parking spaces. Works include coordination with other department & preparation of complete HVAC services drawings. 8.Riffa Views - Golf & Residential Development: Large residential development consisting of over 1000 residential units in various theme areas with different villas and accommodation types, located in a golf course development. Other facilities include mosque, clubhouse, country club, International school and retail areas. Works include coordination with other department & preparation of complete HVAC & PHE services drawings.
