Member of the team who supports the LVDT product line at Kearfott Corporation, who has become one of the most reliable engineering supports for the LVDT department.

Linear Variable Differential Transformers (LVDT) for Aircraft Applications.

Work with project/design teams, interface with customers, manufacturing, purchasing, production, proposals and engineering lab.

Develop specification reviews and summarize customer specifications during the development phase.

Manage/Develop complete winding design and check mechanical design drawings.

Accomplishments: Developed design tools such as winding algorithm, structure analysis, etc. Playing a significant role in changing the winding program in the new MCS machine with new ideas and concepts. Establishing a strong product line at kearfott. Providing problem solving skills to produce cost effective products. In a relatively short time playing a key role in the LVDT winding area at Kearfott Corporation. I support the manufacturing department for RVDT and Resolver. I also have intermediate experience with RVDT and Resolver.

2014-Present

At the manufacturing department I create new work operation sheets and I also update old operation sheets to improve productivity, reduce lead time and reduce cost. I also create ATP, routers, product structures and sometimes I write unique work procedures for only critical jobs. If there are any issues that need to be resolved I tend to them on the floor immediately to do such. I take corrective action for unique cases on the production floor so that it is not repeated in the future.
