I further went to Vocational Training Centre whereby I completed my National Vocational Certificate (NQF level3) in Office Administration (Business Service), I also did a National Vocational Certificate in Information Communication Technology (ICT NQF level 1) .

Am dynamic and competent for any kind of work that comes my way, although I don’t have much experience I think am suitably and qualified for this position. I have a high level of personal ethics, integrity and emotional maturity, and aptitude in problem solving .I am proficient with microsoft products (word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint ).I also have a very good oral and written communication skills .I can be able to receive and screens incoming calls phone calls, takes and distributes messages on behalf of the management.
