Daily site visit for survey of progress, quality, safety and co-ordination with main contractor’s engineers representatives.

Prepare & carryout labor histogram as per main contract construction program.

Execute the job as per Main Contractor Program and prepare the work Schedule as per site requirement.

Attend the Meetings (Internals & Externals) with Consultant/Main Contractor & Sr. Manager.

Control the Site Engineers, Supervisors & Monitor labor distribution.

Monitor the Store & Material Requirement as per site execution flow.

Monthly review of Commercial Status with Sr. Project manager & Area Manager.

Look ahead of the overall requirement of labor & staffs, material, safety, approvals with consultant and report to Sr. Manager.

Carry all responsibility as management representative of company in terms of procurement functions in the site.

Conduct progress Daily/Weekly/Monthly meetings with Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, Safety Officers for Planning, prepare daily activity report and labor allocation and lead the team on day basis.

Contact Suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries and other problems with suppliers.

Follow-up and monitoring of long lead item and Critical Supplies with procurement schedule.

Inspection of MEP services and Snagging and de-snagging of all services.

Review of handing over and DLP documents.

Review Spare parts and AMC documents.

Supervision

Review project proposals, baseline program, shop drawing, material submittal, Technical submittal, method statement and pre-qualification according to specification and contract within time frame.

Responsible for the following- Technical specification writing, review and evaluation of RFP, technical evaluation of vendor/ supplier, developing and implementing a QA/QC procedure, preparing technical schedule equipment data sheet, technical review/evaluation of tender proposal, value engineering.

Prepare site observation reports and NCRs, inspect and verify contractor’s snagging/de-snagging activities, raising safety issues with the safety officer, witnessing of testing and verification mechanical system, the site conditions are properly addressed in the as-built drawings submitted by contractor.

Replying any technical concerns raised by Main Contractor based on project documents.

Conducting MEP meetings, schedule and management necessary to monitor and manage the project.

Carrying out inspection for material (chiller, pump, FAHU, FCU etc.), installation and opening in concrete slabs, for Water, Drainage, HVAC, Fire Fighting & LPG, NG systems etc as per approved builders work drawings.

Carrying out inspection for installation of the HVAC, plumbing, water supply firefighting & LPG system during the construction, in accordance with technical, quality and safety requirements.

Coordinating and assisting to main contractor for authority submission and inspection (DEW,DM,CD)

Preparing schedule of testing commissioning and documents as per project budget and baseline program.

Carrying out pre-commissioning & commissioning inspections.

Ensure safety standards at site.

Pre-commissioning check-ups and the commissioning of the MEP systems, handover systems to the clients’ representatives.

Prepared the handing over documents (O & M Manual, drawings, certificates, spare parts etc...), Work alongside the FM team to ensure operational expectations are meet, Lead the review of all relevant handover information alongside the FM team.

Coordinating with client and contractor.

BMS, Swimming pool, Garbage chute, BMU and lift installation work inspection and monitoring. Design

Prepare concept design report and develop concept design report as per client requirements for Design Built jobs.

Prepare preliminary design as per concept approved by the client.

Design review and coordination with client and main contractor during the construction phase of the project.

Designing of Plumbing, Water supply and Sewerage system.

Responsible for HVAC Design and Calculations.

Geothermal HVAC system designing.

Responsible includes as Design of chiller, cooling tower, Air handler and heating loads; duct static calculations and equipment selections for air handlers, stair pressurization fans, exhaust fans, etc.; total head calculations and equipment selections for chilled water pumps, domestic water pumps, fire pumps, etc;,

Scheduling and specification revision for the above referenced equipment; initial "single line" conceptual sketches, design sketches, supervision and review of final contract drawings, with architectural, structural and civil drawings; supervised other engineers, designers and draftsmen on the project.

Responsible to design water supply system. (water consumption, water tank capacity, Booster pump, Transfer pump).

Responsible to design firefighting system. (Foam System, FM200, Deluge system)

Responsible to design LPG and NG System.

Designing of project as per green regulation, ASHRAE/SMACNA/ NFPA, and international plumbing code.

Obtain approval from relevant government department of the respective area.

Preparing mechanical services specification as per project requirement.

Preparing specification and BOQ of project.

Sewerage System

Doing Supervision and inspection of huge infrastructure sewerage work use double skin GRP manholes connection chambers, and use uPVC pipeline Dia 225mm and 160mm, as per ADSSC specification and approved standard drawing from ADSSC,

Storm Water

Doing Supervision and inspection of huge storm water network use double skin manholes, gully. Catch basin etc. Use uPVC pipe dia 500mm main line 300mm in branch line from catch basin and gully. Follow site work as per authority regulation and requirements Include submit drawings and material submittal to the authority for approval.

Portable water and Irrigation System

Doing Supervision and inspection of huge infrastructure potable water system supervision of site work laying HDPE pipe dia 150 mm and 100 mm include Fittings and Gate valve chamber, installation of gate valve and accessories and water tank and pump room include pump installation etc, Employment Profile
