Area Coordinator:

Perform building maintenance inspections, prepare scope for work needed, work with engineers on designs, prepare contract documents, bid projects, managed construction work and invoice payments.

Maintain 24 sites with 860,000 sf. of Buildings and 138 acres of land in an Area of 54,376 sq. miles.

Supervise ten direct report employees, assign work, and inspect work for completeness and budget costs.

Manage a division maintenance fleet of eight vehicles and a maintenance budget of $350,000.

Project Manager:

Prepared design scopes of work that reference criteria and established standards for project design.

Selected or recommended selection of A&E firms for award of design contracts.

Responsible for reviewing, accepting, or amending work by A&E firms.

Reviewed payment requests for accuracy, verified work billed, and recommended payment.

Managed bidding process and recommended award of construction contracts.

Administered, coordinated, and verified construction work performed by contractors.

Identified and confirmed changed site conditions, negotiated, and processed change orders.

Established and monitored project schedules.

Monitored post-construction issues to include resolution of warranty issues.

Contract Administrator:

Reviewed contracts prior to project Notice to Proceed, and prepared and managed project checklists.

Coordinated project change order requests with program managers, budget manager, and project engineer.

Coordinated project RFI’s, RFP’s, and other contract issues during the contract.

Monitored progress reports and reconciled periodic reports submitted by contractors.

Managed smaller construction projects under the supervision of senior project manager.
