Accomplishments

Running an effective team while keeping my officer’s safe has and always will be my greatest accomplishment. As a supervisor we wear many hats, whether it be, mental health issues of offenders or staff, or meditating conflicts between staff. Assigning daily duties, keeping employees time, or being a first responder to all incidents, they are hats I am proud to wear.

I take pride in being able to lead firm, fairly and effectively. Over many years I have gained the skills needed to motivate and inspire my team. I have promoted quickly in every field I have worked in. I am someone who employers can place a great amount of trust in and that has given me many opportunities.
