Accomplishments
Running an effective team while keeping my officer’s safe has and always will be my greatest accomplishment. As a supervisor we wear many hats, whether it be, mental health issues of offenders or staff, or meditating conflicts between staff. Assigning daily duties, keeping employees time, or being a first responder to all incidents, they are hats I am proud to wear.

Possessing the ability to communicate effectively is something that is critical in corrections. I have implemented effective communication in every aspect of my life. I can receive an order and communicate it effectively to the team in which I am overseeing.
LEADERSHIP
I take pride in being able to lead firm, fairly and effectively. Over many years I have gained the skills needed to motivate and inspire my team. I have promoted quickly in every field I have worked in. I am someone who employers can place a great amount of trust in and that has given me many opportunities. I have worked with many charities during my time in corrections and have over seen a charity team as well. I have lead volunteer teams for the State Agency Clean Up and the Special Olympics.
