Shell Sarnia Manufacturing Projects

Seconded to Shell Sarnia Refinery. Working as Process Engineer for portfolio of projects. Responsibilities include:

- Development of PFDs/P&IDs, preparation of line lists

- Hydraulic calculations and development of Simulation model by AFT Fathom, UNISIM, Korf

- Relief valve sizing by spreadsheets and IPRSM software

- Coordination with client/OSEs and other engineering disciplines

- Participation in safeguarding reviews

- Estimating man-hours and giving inputs to project schedules
