Inspect firefighting equipment on vehicles, offices and plants.

Planning and establishing permits for safe work.

Investigate accidents and incidents by spot check and interrogation of parties and/or witnesses involved to determine root cause and prevent recurrence of same. Prepare reports based on inspection, observation and investigation: recommending measures and method of eliminating un-safe working condition and procedures. Prepare daily and monthly reports.
