Year: From 21 June 2019 to still continue Position held: Instrumentation Engineer.

Location: Kuchaman City, Rajasthan

Organization: Offshore Infrastructure Limited, Mumbai Client: Public Health Engineering Department, Kuchaman city Distt. Nagaur (Rajasthan)

Main project features: Erection of 33/0.415KV electrical substation at 3Nos Pumping Station, PLC/SCADA based automation plant units for Operation & Monitoring of equipments at Pump House, Erection of 0.415 KV Switchgear with two incomers & PLC panel, Installation & commissioning of Field Instruments ( Electrically operated motorized sluice / Butterfly valve, Electromagnetic & Ultrasonic flow meter at PH,VTC, ESR, Ultrasonic Level transmitter at CWR & ESR), Erection of Pumping equipment, Plant & Equipment earthlings, Plant area lighting.

Activities Performed

·Erection & Commissioning of various field devices (Pressure Transmitters & sensors, electrically operated actuators, Electromagnetic & Ultrasonic Flow meters, Ultrasonic Level transmitter etc).

·Erection of 33/0.415KV substation with two incomers

·Erection of PLC panel & 0.415 KV Switchgear with two incomer including APFC panel (165KVAr, 55KVAr, & 27KVAr capacitor bank).

·Maintain daily Water supply records, Pump performance record, Electro-chlorination system, Field equipment maintenance, Pump strainer cleaning & greasing.

·Installation of cable trays and conduits substation, control room and plant area (ladder & perforated type)

·Plant area lighting, Emergency lighting, escape route lighting & small power.
