PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION CHANGE NOTICE for Bright Lending
During our telephone conversation on 10/31/2019, you requested a deferment of your payment debit $143.92. This notice confirms this change and explains how it will work.
Pursuant to our Agreement, you agreed to make bi-weekly payments in the amount of $143.92. The payment due on 11/01/2019 will be deferred by extending the term of your Agreement by 14 days. Your next payment for $143.92 will be due on 11/15/2019. Bright Lending will make electronic funds transfers from your bank account as follows:

There is no fee or charge for this deferral. If you are in default, you authorize us to process one or more debit entries to pay all principal, finance charges and other amounts due to us as provided in the Loan Agreement. You authorize us to re-process debit entries for the same amounts if any attempted payment transaction is dishonored.
You agreed that this Automatic Payment Authorization Change Notice will remain valid and in effect until your loan, including principal, finance charges and other charges, is paid in full. However, you may revoke this authorization at any time by contacting your bank, by calling Bright Lending’s customer service line at 866-***-****, or by e-mailing us at ***************@*************.***. If you revoke your authorization, you agree to make payments directly to us by cashier’s check, personal check, money order or bill pay service through your bank that we receive no later than your due date to:
