Responsible for supervision of Control and Field Instrumentation system Maintenance and commissioning of the plants and associated facilities to provide assurance on their Integrity and reliability.
Commissioning of Plant with PUW, WFI, Pure Steam storage and distribution system, Glycol and Chilled glycol storage and distribution system.
Configured Redundant Server – Client Architecture SCADA to M/s Biocon Biologics B3 Block, Bangalore. (Hope it is India’s First architecture in water system)
Experience in Calibration, Maintenance and Installation of all kinds of Field Instruments (Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature and Gas detectors, Pressure Gauges, Vacuum INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER WITH 7+ YEARS EXPERIENCE
Gauges, and Pneumatic Actuator, Electric Actuator, LOH Meter, ROF Meter & SOV) and Analyzers (pH, Turbidity, Chlorine, DO, TOC, Conductivity, Ozone Analyzers).

Performing CTP Protocol after commissioning of plant or systems
Prepares and organizes preventive and corrective maintenance activities and to perform the periodic scheduled calibration.
Maintaining proper records and documentation logs, Inventory control activities like planning of spares management, reconditioning of spares, and standardization of instrument spares.
Planning manpower for the day to day maintenance activities.
Investigate incidents and failure of field instruments and recommend changes.
Submission of report to H.O on timely basics.
QMS and HSE Auditing preparation.
Attending Internal and ISO auditing for QMS, HSE and Chemical/Water Quality.
Implementation in IFS System related to PR, PO and MRN.
Following the safety permit system and training to employees relevant to plant maintenance.
