Testing and Evolution (Responsible for various durability tests performing on vehicle. (Torches Track Test, Pit Test. Impact))

1. Torched Track Testing: For every newly developed component it is to be tested before regularize in tractor assembly test performing to check durability of part till 200 Hrs. Continuously,

As the part fond dimensionally change or functionally problematic part to be rejected in test.

2. Water Mud Test: This is the test performing with Special South tractors specially used in south for piddling for rice crop

3. Pit Test: This is the test performing with all type of models for ensuring the durability & sustainability of tractor in all kind of tracks in field. This test is use to check the durability of 1) Front axle 2) Tie Rod 3) Stay Rod. By putting one front wheel in the pit.

4. Break Test: this test is performing for tyre grip traction & distance travel after applying breaks

5. Ruff Course Track Test: This test is performed for sheet metal durability on vehicle, in this test tractor running without driver on track having 22 ramblers, by performing this test venial outer sheet metal durability can be check.

6. Transmission Analysis & Knowledge: knowledge of Transmission & Gear box, differential gear and its working knowledge of clutch housing.

7. Analysts: Three and four cylinder transmission assembly is measured and analyzed for root cause analysis. All sheet metal components, fabricated structures, Steering wheel, operating levers.
