Making Monthly, Half Yearly and Yearly PPM Report for all system.

Disassemble malfunctioning equipment and Complete Repairs using Specialized tools.

Troubleshooting the system like TV, AV, CCTV, NVR, Projector, Amplifier, during operation.

Following the Method of statement and statement of work and preparing it as per requirement for ELV system.

Perform preventive maintenance of BMS, PLC,HMI, SCADA, FAS, Access Control and CCTV System.

Manage the Work Order raised by customer in CAFM system and assign it to team accordingly.

Making daily reports and updating excel tracker and reporting to Electrical Department.

IT works for managing internal infrastructure for BMS System, Lift System and Master Clock System including networks, access rights, workstation, internal applications including installation and configuration.

Making duty roaster as per instruction of Electrical departments.

Making Recommended Spare Parts List Monthly, Half Yearly and Yearly for all system like Electrical, BMS etc.

Responsibilities:

Acting as the main technical adviser on site for subcontractors in Electrical, ELV & Telecom such as CCTV, ACS, PA System, Telephones, Antenna, Power sources, as well as in Copper cabling & Fiber optic cable etc.

Leading with Construction Managers for manpower planning both direct hire and subcontract personnel.

Implementing the contract documents requirements, such as design drawings, specifications, Bill of Quantities, contract conditions, etc. on site.

Involving in as built drawing with Engineering Manager.

Checking the quality of the works to ensure compliance with the contract specification requirements, method statements and approvals.

Follow to completion of outstanding works on site.

Provide the status of snagging and re snagging work as per site to Engineering manager.

Review and comment on contractors method statements, quality plans and safety plans.

Carry out regular periodic inspections at the site with Contractor and weekly with MOI, Qatar Rail team. Inform to manager immediately if any revise require from Qatar Rail team.

Provide inspectional comments to manager to close out the raised point with client.

Preparing daily reports and tracker as well as weekly tracker and reporting to Engineering manager. Attending weekly meeting with Project Manager.

Involving with construction manager and Engineering manager in the preparation of the monthly project report.

Making various types of internal permit and as a work party supervisor taking various types of construction permit.

Responsibilities

To provide day to day, scheduled and unscheduled periodical, preventive and emergency case maintenance activities of electrical, mechanical, Plumbing, fire alarm and ELV systems

Perform preventive & Corrective maintenance and commissioning activities for Building Management System, audio/visual, Medical equipment and Telecom system (ACS, IAS, CCTV, PAGA, TETRA, ECS-HPT, PAX, PIS, PES, TDC SYSTEM, etc.)

Maintain all building systems including HVAC, chillers, Plumbing, security systems, power sources, Emergency Power, Switchboard – DBs climate control, water and lighting.

Installation, Testing & commissioning of Honeywell application Enterprise Building Integrator(EBI), Experion PKS (SCADA), Digital Video Manager(DVM).

Installation and commissioning of Access Control-Temaline, CPO Controller, CP-IPC, PLC ML200/200R and Alerton VLC 660R, VLC 550, VLC 1600 controllers, AXIS Streamer and IP camera.

Control are maintained in PLC- ML200/ML200R,DDC Controller- Comfort Point & XL-Web, Niagara N4 Workbench, Honeywell Temaline, HMI HCix, Honeywell EBI Application, Honeywell ExperionPKS, Alerton Envision for BACTalk, Honeywell DVM for CCTV application and Honeywell Temaline for Access Control application.

Maintain, Calibrate, adjust, repairs according to manufacturer procedure.

Supporting site construction team regarding telecom & security systems installation.

Preparing System Integration Drawings using Microsoft Visio Software or Auto CAD.

Flight Information display System (FIDS), installation & configuration, testing & commissioning including all related hardware and software, Installing, Configuring and Managing the ELV Systems.

AVAYA Video conferencing System installation, testing and commissioning.

Testing and Troubleshooting of CAT5/CAT6 Cables, Optical Fiber Cable and Co-Axial cable with Multimeter Fluke tester, OTDR.

Supervising for termination of OFC single mode and multimode 6 Pairs, 10 pairs, 20 Pairs as backbone network which include splicing and LIU mounting also.

Installation and configuration of NTP Server including GPS Antenna, ORS, VDR, specially Symmetricom Sync Server S-250

To supervise and participate for the servicing, installation, maintenance commissioning of the CAT6 cable, Co-Axial Cable, Optical Fiber cable, Twisted pair data cable, PTZ and Fix Cameras installation, LIU Mounting and splicing, L2 & L3 Switch, Servers, Workstation and Storage system.

BOQ generation and Estimation of the project.

Technical Submittal, Material selection and samples approval from the consultant.

Generating ELV Shop drawings and obtain the approval for Installation.

Generation of method of statements for the ELV Systems.

Trainings to the client operators and facility management team to use the system.
