To Whom It May Concern,
In consideration of my application for employment in your company performing duties as a Future Employee; I am enclosing a resume portfolio. This portfolio includes reference referrals with recommendation letters that state previous employment supervision history.
Even though my employment history is specialized in Mental Health Professions, I am particularly attracted to your company due to my additional experiences as an Executive Protection Specialist and Bail Enforcement Agent. I feel that my education in Justice Studies, experiences as a Psychological Behavior Therapist, Public Relations Specialist and other related fields including my history of working with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Residential Reentry Center Programs would hopefully be found as a great asset to this Company. I have directly worked with men from inmate societies in the Federal Prison System. My duties were to provide redirection skills for them to utilize with anger issues, violence issues; how to also avoid conflict related scenarios to successfully establish family reunifications productively. I have over 880 hours of direct supervision while employed in this vocation as a Social Services Coordinator.
I completed my Masters of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Idaho in 2007. I have been an instructor at North Idaho College for nine years. I taught P.E. 110, Self-Defense; teaching students ideals within Wellness, Communication and Critical Thinking/Problem Solving domains. I also taught Intro to Psychology 101; providing students with a general overview of the science, which seeks to understand and explain human behavior and mental processing. I have worked as a Mental Health Professional; a Psychological Rehabilitation Behavior Specialist/Habilitative Intervention Specialist; teaching individuals how to identify and redirect symptomatic behavior to be independently successful in their communities. I also have experience in security work as an Executive Protection Specialist (i.e. protecting clients who may be exposed to elevated security risk due to employment, travel or high profile status needs). I am a Second Degree Black Belt in the Martial Art Aikido (a.k.a. A peaceful resolution to conflict) and practitioner for twenty two years. Aikido teaches individuals how to overcome (modify), self by progressing through any imbalances an individual may have either mentally, physically or spiritually.
I strongly feel that my talents, attitude, previous experience and open mindedness to new instruction would be valuable for consideration as a Future Employee.
Sincerely,
Don Frey
