As a shift manager/ opening manager. I would open the system for the day. Start the prep for the day. Check and rotate the stock being used. Except truck delivery. That included unloading, stocking and making sure the paperwork gets done. And then there’s working with the customers. Taking orders. Making the food. And making sure they are happy with their service.

Before that I was a stay at home mother.
