Responsibilities included training all general/ assistant managers for company and franchisee stores. Training including all operational components of management. Started employment as an hourly employee. Held numerous management positions during my tenure. Was the general manager responsible for the opening of a new store in Toledo, Ohio that opened with the highest sales volume in the Toledo market. Received the “Rising Star” award in 1994.
