Heat load calculation through by using E-20 Excel Sheet and through the software Using HAP 4.9 software for selection of Air Conditioning units. Building HVAC System Designing, interpreting mechanical services related drawings.

Duct sizes calculations by various methods such as (i) velocity method (ii) Equal friction method (iii) static regain method as per SMACNA rules. Selection of Equipment, Chillers, VRF/VRV System, Split Ac, Pumps, AHU, FAHU, Air condensing unit, FCU & Package Unit,Humidifier, Dehumidifier, Cooling Tower as per AHRI Standard.

Design and selection required chiller units, AHU, FAHU Air conditioning Unit and FCUs according to cooling load Estimation.

Static pressure(E.S.P & I.S.P) calculation for the selection of AHUʼs, FAHUʼs and gauze Selection etc.

Duct sizing,Chilled water pipe sizing by using chart and piping & Duct Sizer McQuay software.

Designing of ventilation GI duct according to SMACNA standards. Pump Head and chilled water system volume calculations for chilled water pump selection and pressurization unit selection.

Vendor inspection of materials such as ducting, piping, valves, dampers, A/C machines like FCUʼS, AHUʼS, chillers etc and their components as per the technical specification and standards.

Preparation of shop drawing, duct routing, section drawing, plenum drawing and pedestal drawing using AutoCAD & Designing VRF/VRV systems using Design tool. Estimation and evaluation of air conditioning and ventilation works for buildings and villas.

Designing of Plumbing services like Water Supply Piping, STP Piping, Recycled Water Piping, Sewer.

Line Piping and selection of Mixers, WCʼs, Wash Basins etc. in line with regulations & standards.

Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage Related all Material Estimation. Guiding the purchasing department by providing technical details of the materials and discussing the Scope of Work to the Suppliers and Subcontractors. Preparation of Bill Of Quantities as per the design and quotations against the tender.
