FIELD INTERVIEWER, rti international (cincinnati, OH)

Interviewed and collected data from participants who were chosen to participate in the NSDUH study hosted by RTI (Research Triangle Institute). I have been working in their Data Collection Staff (DCS) Business Segment as a Field Interviewer in order to visit participants at their homes to collect responses for the NSDUH study.

Used testing procedures and measured products the company produces. I have utilized my skills in specification understanding and data analysis to interpret the outcome of products. Summer internship at Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health services working as an associate case manager. Provided CPST to adults with a severe mental illness in an outpatient facility and in the community. Established therapeutic relationships and assisted clients to function effectively.

Handled a variety of situations that included customer complaints, season pass processing, and upsells of fast passes and parking passes. Awarded many sales and attendance awards while holding that position.
