Functional Responsibilities

1.To assist anesthetist during the pre-anesthetic checkup.

2.Assisting for all anesthetic procedures like general anesthesia and regional an aesthesia (spinal, epidural and other types of nerve blockades.)

3.Experience in assisting for all anesthetic procedures outside the operation theatre such as MRI, CT scans, G.I. Endoscopic procedures, digital subtraction angiogram, lithotripsy, cardiac catheterization, radiation surgeries etc…

4.Experience as peripherals in surgical ICU.

5.Analyzing and management of all an aesthetic drugs and sterilization techniques of sterilizing all aesthetic equipments.

6.Assisting the anesthetist during difficult intubations.

7.Monitoring the patient during the surgery and also postoperatively.

8.Putting the patient in ventilators.

9.Maintaining the anesthesia records and the aesthesia stocks.

10.Attending the patient in casualty with the Blue-coat team.

1.Boyle’s an aesthetic apparatus like Mark I, Mark II, Mark III, Mark IV, and Ohmeda excel, Aestiva, Aisys and dragger.

2.Monitors like Hewlet Packard, Invasive and noninvasive monitors, pulse oximeters, BIS, Cardiac output monitor and defibrillators.

3.Ventilators like Manley servovent, manley multiventi, ohmeda (7000, 7800, 7900 series) Penlon, baird, siemens ventilators.

4.Glucometers, Hemoglobin Meter, Nerve Stimulators, Block stimulators, PCA pumps, infusion pumps, multi channel scopes, jet ventilation, fiber optic, bronchoscopes, difficult. Intubations set (LMA, I LAM, Bougie, and McCoy) Patient warming systems.

5.I am specialized in following works and have been trained. Emergency intubation. Awake intubations .inserting intra venous lines long lines .cardio pulmonary resuscitation .Defrillating .Road traffic accident and trauma care Recovery room care & monitoring.
