Skill Set

I am capable of using and creating Excell spread sheets., power point and Microsoft as needed. I am able to calibrate micrometers, calipers and dial bore gages and torque gages if required. I have used comparators, microscopes, bench mikes, dial bore and scopes as well as surface comparators, CMM's for simple inspections checking roundness, flatness and etc. I read and understand blue prints dim. according to ANSI 14.5 as well as engineering change orders, Purchase Orders and Airworthiness (8130-3) Tags.

SAP Training is limited to Blue print configuration and configuration changes. The SAP ECC 6.0 is the latest software that allows the review of vendors orders, shipments, corrective action verification, engineering design changes, contract orders and scheduling of shipments. I have performed mechanical and (Zyglo) inspection of jet aircraft bomb racks, inlet ducs, fans machined and raw castings.

I am capable performing layout inspections when required. While employed by Parker Aircraft/Space division and was directly involved with the inspection and testing of Space Shuttle fueling Valves.
