Organizational Experience

Since Jan 2013, GET-Instrumentation and control maintenance worked with M/s Privilege Industries LTD, Is a distilleries and breweries industries of 100KLPD and fully controlled by PLC and drives.

Worked as an instrumentation maintenance Engineer with Sona alloys Pvt. Ltd. since Aug 2015 – April 2018. Worked on 320 M3 Blast Furnace & 32 M2 Sinter.

Presently working as an Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer (Project Engineer) -in NGL Fine chem Ltd. From May 2018 – till date.

Role:

Installation Erection and commissioning of various types of field instruments to measure control and maintain the field parameters.

Developing the interlocks for the different systems from safety as well production point of view.

Briefing the daily maintenance works and leading an instrumentation team for the smooth operation.

Interaction with contractor.

Recipe creation of various products according to the BMR.

Responsibilities:

Planning for cable entries for PCC and MCC panels.

Cable scheduling.

Planning for cable entries for PLC panels.

Loop checking & I/O testing.

VFD setting.

Calibration of various field instruments.

Troubleshooting work during commissioning.
