Construction Project Manager April 2014 – October 2019 Responsible for producing contract documents and execution of all construction phases from mobilization to closeout and turnover. Cost analysis, contract awards and buy outs, all documentation, scheduling, risk assessment & mitigation, AIA contract development, sharing all info with team with clear communication via kick off, OAC, safety, agenda & progress meetings, building and safety inspections, structural observations, quality control, start ups, commissioning, Punch out, close out, Fire Life Safety & Health Department inspections, COO, transmittals, turn over.
