At 19 I lead a group of 12 marines on night patrols in the Cau Viet region of Vietnam. Also, responsible for an entire company of marines.

Developed a strong learning environment and through developing highly qualified volunteer teaching staff. My responsibilities were from infants through Senior Adults. The education grew from approximately 300 to over 900 participants in the four years I was there.
