UG - MINIATURISED POWER DIVIDERS FOR WIRELESS APPLICATIONS The main objective of this project is to reduce the size of the power divider and to increase the efficiency of the power flow.

PG - A FEASIBLE TECHNIQUE FOR MEDICAL ULTRASOUND IMAGE COMPRESSION

The main objective of this project is to compress the image and also to reduce noise and to increase compression ratio.

ACTIVITIES

INPLANT TRAINING:

BSNL: Attended the training programme and the topics discussed during the programme are transmission equipments, switching equipments and external plants.

Neyveli Lignite Corporation(Mine II): Duration of the programme is one week and the topics discussed are working and generation of the current and processing of the overall system.

INDUSTRIAL VISITS:

Ashok Leyland, Madras: During this visit production and working of machinery parts were discussed.

Vikram Sarabai space station, Kerala: In this visit the various satellite stations and their functions and properties were discussed.

WORKSHOPS and SEMINAR:

Attended a workshop about “LABVIEW PROGRAM” at Kamaraj College of Engineering and Technology, Virudhunagar.

Attended a workshop about “MATLAB AND ITS APPLICATIONS” at Kongu Engineering college, Erode.
