Company: American Airlines

As a Senior programmer analyst was responsible for the development and implementation of CATS Feed Replacement Project which enables SCEPTRE to get flight times from Flighthub thru eSOA. This is a successful project and there are no reported problems. Also worked as Lead Developer for Life Limited Prorated project which was also a successful project implemented last May. Also developed and successfully implemented 3 TESS Bridges projects, which aided in converting Legacy AA Aircrafts from STC to SCEPTRE as Lead Developer creating tech specs and managing 4 Senior developers. Also, worked as architect of the GT Development team.

August 2015 – August 2016

Company: Arizona Department of Transportation

As a Senior programmer analyst was responsible for the development and implementation of Arizona Department of Transportation’s Travel ID project which is a requirement for Arizona residents when traveling outside Arizona as a form of Government Issued ID using PL1, IMS DB/DC, Expediter, and Fileaid for IMS. Revised, tested and implemented more than 10 programs in a span of a year. This is a huge success for the department and for the State of Arizona.

May 2001 – August 2015

Company: Avnet Inc.

As a Senior programmer analyst was responsible for the development and maintenance of Avnet's Genesis Inventory Management and Ordering system using TELON, COBOL, IMS DB/DC, Expediter, and Fileaid for IMS. Revised, tested and implemented more than 1000 Telon, IMS and Cobol programs from 2000 to present, leading as many as 12 people in huge projects.

Also, worked on the development and maintenance of Avnet Express Customer Profile from 2004 to 2008 using Java/Websphere, Oracle.

Client: Salt River Project

As a programmer analyst was responsible for the development

of SRP’s CIS 2000.using COBOL, IMS DB/DC, DB2, Expediter, and Fileaid for IMS. Was able to complete a Functions Systems Design document, which was critical to the project.

Client: America West Airlines

As a programmer analyst was responsible for the maintenance and development

of America West Airlines' Sceptre Maintenance and Engineering System using

COBOL, IMS DB/DC, DB2, Expediter, and Fileaid for IMS. Revised, tested and

implemented more than 100 programs in order for America West to achieve their Aircraft operations and maintenance goals from 1998 - 2000. Also worked on America West Y2K enhancements in order to prevent any disruption of its operations due to the change in millenium.

Company: Vega Consulting Solutions Inc.

Client: Allied Signal

As an applications analyst/programmer was involved in the analysis, design,

and development of the Allied Signal's Procurement System. This system keeps

the records of parts needed to manufacture aerospace equipment from the its

purchase, inspection,, and up to is storage in the warehouse.

Development and production was on IBM 3090 under IMS DB/DC, DB2/SQL, MACPAC

Procurement D, Viasoft Tools, IMSXPERT, Fileaid, Easytrieve, and Cobol II.

October 1994 - June 1995

Company: Computer Horizons Inc.

Cient: Bell South

As an applications analyst/programmer was involved in the analysis, design,

and development of the Marketing Agent Commission System (MACS). This system

calculates the commission to be paid to authorized agents who sell Memory

Calls in all BellSouth states. It is also designed to be easily modified for

calculating commission on the sale of other services.

Development was on IBM 3083 and production was on IBM 3090 under COBOL/DB2.

As an applications analyst/programmer was involved in the analysis, design,

and development of the Regional Summary Bill which combines customers'

Southern Bell and South Central bills into one summary bill.

Company: Mastech Corporation

Client: Deloitte & Touche

As an applications analyst/programmer, was involved in the analysis, design,

and development of the Child Support Enforcement (CSE) Database Archiving.

This module archives/purges the CSE cases that meet the archive/purge

criteria. It also includes the restoration of these cases online upon the

request of the customer.

Also worked on the real-time improvement of the Florida On-line Recipient Integrated Data Access (FLORIDA) System. FLORIDA is a centralized online system that integrates the Child Support Enforcement Service, Public Assistance Entitlement Program, and Food Stamp Service subsystems.

Was involved in the analysis, design, construction, and implementation of the

revision of the reference table retrieval process to two of FLORIDA's

transactions. A program was developed to extract reference table entries from

the reference table every night. The output of this program is stored as a

copybook. Another program is compiled every night to get the latest version

of the copybook. This program is called to retrieve the reference table

entries from an array thus reducing the load on IMS/DB access on the database.

Development was on IBM 3090 600 series and implementation was on IBM 3090

series using COBOL II, DL/I, IMS DB/DC, TELON, IMSXPERT, and TSO/ISPF

September 1990 – February 1994

Company: Computer Information Systems Inc.

Client: Manila Electric Company

As a programmer, was involved in the development of the Streetlight

Metering and System Billing System.

This system handles the metering, billing, collection, and posting of payments of

Meralco's customers who use streetlights. These customers include municipal

governments and private villages.

Also worked in the development, implementation and enhancements of its Branch Collection System, which was written in Foxpro and Informix, which are both Relational Database Management Systems, like DB2.

Created IMS/DC online transactions to handle the creation, deletion, update,

and inquiry on billing rates. This was vital to the construction of the flat

and streetlight bills.

Development was on IBM 3083 and production was on IBM 3090 and production was

on IBM 3090 under MVS/XA using COBOL 370, DB2/SQL, and IMS DB/DC.
