Roles & Responsibilities:

Designing of Fire Suppression systems like Fire Trace tubing, Fire alarm and detection system, Kitchen Fire suppression system, Total flooding systems, Vehicle Fire suppression system.

Conducting Site visits for survey inorder to prepare suitable system design and getting it approved.

Understanding the technical specifications and engineering scope for projects from RFPs, tender documents received from various clients.

Developing cost estimates, rate analysis and coordinating proposals for the projects as per customer specifications.

Co-ordinating with vendors/suppliers for technical and commercial support and attending techno commercial meeting with client as and when required.

Monitoring and controlling actual expenditure and ensuring project completion within budgeted costs.

Meeting contractors/architects/PMC’s and end customers on site to understand site conditions and product application.

Calculations for system design.

Preparing Data sheets, Quality Plan of products as per the client requirements and getting the approval.

Preparing BOQ and submission of final documentation.

Project details:

1)Agartala Airport: We as a team, successfully completed the designing and installation of panel flooding system and Fire detection and suppression system in various hazard areas.

2)HPCL, Mumbai: Successfully completed the designing and installation of suppression system in server room.

3)Other projects in Fire detection and suppression system includes OPGC, Mahatma Gandhi Convention Centre, Mumbai Airport, Pune Metro, Mumbai Metro.
