Collaborate with liaison to develop an individual be consistent onboarding plan for each client hospital by working directly with hospital liaisons. Collaborates closely with recruiters and medical staff personnel to forecast onboarding at each site.

Keep Site Medical Director (SMD) informed of onboarding plan and encourages their involvement in the process.

Quality assurance and rounding with provider for engagement and satisfaction at 30-day, 90 days and one year of employment.

Collect feedback data from new hires and provides reports to leadership.

Schedule students, residents for clinical rotation.

Obtain and submit evaluations for residents and students from ED attending.
