SAMBA II: SARS-CoV-2 Test system (P/N 8500)

Amp products: test strip and desiccants in put, seal bags, counting's for shipment to the customer.

SAMBA II: Dry Cartridge 3

Oil clipping, leak testing, columns & reagents added, IC/PK and GC added

Labeling, open bags, inspections, packaging, seal bags

Desiccants check and counting's correctly

Receiving Inspector:

Inspect incoming material, and shipping out product to the customer

Issued the lot to the production follow FIFO and warehouse procedure.

Cycle counts and inventory each quarter and year end

Mechanical Assembler:

Assemble the board on chassis and routing of the board

Able to read the schematics for the machine and assemble the components.

Able to use power and hand tools to connect components

Hand soldering the components when needed

Packaging the finish good to the customer
