Responsibilities as a Service Specialist and pest eliminator for Ecolab is to protect the clients structure to ensure pests (mice, rats etc,) do not get into the clients structure, placing bait stations on the exterior of the structure, placing mouse traps inside the structure were they will protect building, using different chemicals to prevent or eliminate different kinds of insects (fly’s, spiders, cockroaches, etc.

Responsibilities as a Lab Technician include ensuring product is the right weight, right product in the container, and had the right date on the container for three different areas. Testing of product for three different areas, running different tests on the product to ensure it was up to standard to send out.

Responsibilities as Production Supervisor include supervising 25 employees in the production of more than 70 food items, managing and coordinating the training of employees, and conducting daily startup meetings as well as weekly safety meetings. Duties also include managing the inventory and purchase of employee personal protective equipment as well as operation parts for production equipment. I also order and stock tools and specialty items, as well as janitorial supplies. I oversee the setup of machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operation. I manage changes in scheduled production as needed. I ensure that state and federal charts and documents are complete. I manage receiving paperwork daily. I manage the quality of the product during processing, including appearance, packaging and weights as well as the finished product.
