Director of Property Management / Real Estate Broker 2010-Present
Duties: Provide oversight of the daily operations and financial stability of a multi-site portfolio and strategic leadership of 8,300 Multi-Family units and over 200 Single-Family Homes; including HOA Condominiums (Class A/B/C). Also; oversight of a portfolio of Commercial Properties (Office/Retail/Industrial) (over 5.5 Million Square Feet). Office: 1.5 million square feet, Retail: 3.5 million square feet and Industrial: 550,000 square feet. I ensured that the reservation supervisors and security crews keep accurate reporting on ALL guest while checking in and departing. Managed 118 indirect personnel and a $35M budget.
