The week that I was terminated due to a voice level disagreement in which I was unaware that my volume button was turned down, I had attendance of one hundred percent. My incentive goals were the same. My other scores were in a continual state of improvement. From August 2-August 8, my seven day was 61-81. My representative experience was 33-37. I received twelve weeks of training. This included job shadowing all departments, 58 different offices and personnel, from Education to Mental Health, to Grievance to CAB. It included First Aid, CPR, Personal Protection, OCI, and gang related information. I received field officer training from eight different field officers for data entry for notes, case management, and personalized interventions. I attended meetings with the Assistant Warden, Internal Affairs, Case Managers’s, and Unit Team Managers’s in an effort to move offenders to the appropriate placements as well as required meetings every other week in order to discuss new business. I was an official Case Manager in Dorm D over 100+ offenders in Pods 3 & 4 awaiting a final week of training for certification. I had perfect attendance while working here.
