The majority of them were from a spike that came from Hong Kong over a 3 day period last month that were not logged to a sister pageview widget and therefore I don't know if it can be honestly believed to be true. • Developed software with Microsoft Visual Basic.Net and Microsoft technologies to assist in the corporate accounting processing for a company that does over 1 billion dollars in business annually.

• Developed numerous Excel spreadsheets with VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) macros that perform various calculations, formatting, totaling, sorting, advanced formulas, and other routines for execution from VBA (Visual Basic for Applications.)

• Administered a Merchant Credit Card Acceptance Database with Microsoft Access

• Developed a transaction reconciliation report in Access which combines data from our credit card vendor and combines it with local corporate data to create complete and reliable transaction reconciliation reports from joined databases.

• Administered a Payroll Journal transaction history database with Microsoft Access

• Administered an ACH deposit Cash Management transaction history database with Microsoft Access.

• Administered a Direct Cash Management transaction history database with Microsoft Access.

• From the above 3 databases provided migration and processing of over 15,000 debits and credits per month.

• Worked with the IT programmers to automate a line item description for each and every one of those 15,000 debits and credits per month.

• Administered a Sales Tax transaction exporting and importing function using Vertex Q series for Sales Tax Returns software, Prelude Software, Microsoft Access, Excel. This is currently a function that tackles the entire United States, and is around 5,000 records per month. Each record is around 1500 characters in length

• Administered a Sales Tax Return review and confirmation reconciliation system complete with Access Tables, Queries and Reports that makes the time to review and approve the returns for payment and filing be reduced dramatically.

• Generated an emailed, Intranet and network server posted based publication schedule of a monthly Consumers Use Tax Calculation spreadsheet with updated rates inside.

• Created data storage and migration solutions for several departments including Accounting and IT.

• Coordinated tax compliance & research issues with respect to sales tax regulations and directives.

• Studied proposed sales tax legislation for legal implementation across applications, corporate-wide accounting systems, audit processes, and control systems.

• Coordinated all sales tax audits; gathered the necessary data to support transactions; followed through to completion.

• Calculated business license payments including special regressions and allocations when applicable and requesting checks.
