DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

IN SAUDI ARAMCO, SABIC & ADNOC PLANTS:

Performed Supervision in Plant Major Turn Around maintenance of Heat Exchangers, vessels, Columns, Reactors, storage tanks, valves etc in.

Performed Supervision in maintenance of plate type heat exchangers,shell & tube,Straight fixed & U-Type Heat exchangers by Steam purging, Blinding, removal of channel cover, Bundle pulling, cleaning by hydro jetting, pre and post Inspection as per the client requirement, hydro-testing and box-up.

Performed Supervision in maintenance of vessels by Steam purging, Blinding, Manway opening, cleaning by hydro jetting, Internal and External wall thickness Inspection by DPT/UT/MT/RT methods, welding repair of internal pipe lines as per the client requirement and box-up.

Preparation of method of statements for all equipments and obtaining approval from clients

Implementing health, safety, and environment policy and performance review in site .

Taking all kinds of work permits for execution of work in safe manner with compliance of all safety procedures.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

IN SPIC PETROCHEMICAL PLANT & STERLITE COPPER PLANT:

Work profile is to scheduling the work, tracking the material requirement for the same, fabrication and erecting of pipe lines, contractor line up and final payment, coordinate with the consultant as well the designing cell for the modification of ISOs’ as well the G.A & P&IDs.

Monitor the contractor work as per the prepared schedule and supplying them the requisite material for construction of the piping work of different units.

Co-ordinate with the contractor for the fabrication and erection of the spools of the concern pipelines.

Checking of availability of materials for individual lines with the Bill of Material and marking the availability in it.

Co-ordinate with the consultant person (Paul Worth) for the modification of the ISOs, Plans and G.A s that matches with the P&IDs and the revision control.

Monitoring and tracking of the tools and tackle used for the construction work.

To organise monthly programme for achieving the target.

Monitoring the Daily Labor Report of the contractor. Close coordination with QA/QC dept. for all concern Inspection and documentation.

Manage the labours at erection site to updating the daily progress report.
